LED teknolojisini olu\u015fturan temel \u00f6zellikleri anlamak i\u00e7in, \u00f6ncelikle cihaz\u0131n nas\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131na, yani pn eklemine odaklanmak gerekir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn LED teknolojisi, \u0131\u015f\u0131k yo\u011funlu\u011funun ve enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n hassas bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netilmesini sa\u011flayan yar\u0131 iletken fizi\u011fi alan\u0131n\u0131 kapsamaktad\u0131r. Bir LED'in temel yap\u0131s\u0131, temel i\u015flevi \u0131\u015f\u0131k yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmak olan farkl\u0131 yar\u0131 iletken malzemelerden olu\u015fan birka\u00e7 katmandan olu\u015fur. Ayr\u0131ca, modern LED'lerin 2-4 LED'lik bir voltaj aral\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labildi\u011finden bahsetmeden bu LED e\u011fitim k\u0131lavuzu eksik kal\u0131rd\u0131; bu \u00f6zellik, LED'leri pek \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131dan son derece kullan\u0131\u015fl\u0131 k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LED'lerin Temel Fiziksel \u00d6zellikleri<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Boyut ve Form Fakt\u00f6r\u00fc<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LED diyotunun en belirgin \u00f6zelliklerinden biri, kompakt boyutu ve form fakt\u00f6r\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sundu\u011fu \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fcl\u00fckt\u00fcr. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde LED\u2019ler pek \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 \u015fekil ve boyutta \u00fcretilmektedir; ancak boyutlar\u0131 h\u00e2l\u00e2 cep telefonlar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck SMD LED\u2019lerden, sokak ayd\u0131nlatma sistemleri i\u00e7in \u00fcretilen daha b\u00fcy\u00fck y\u00fcksek g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc mod\u00fcllere kadar uzanmaktad\u0131r. ABD Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n tahminlerine g\u00f6re, LED teknolojisindeki minyat\u00fcrle\u015fme, geleneksel ayd\u0131nlatma armat\u00fcrlerine k\u0131yasla ayd\u0131nlatma armat\u00fcrlerinin boyutlar\u0131nda %\u2019lik bir k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclmeye yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k ve Sa\u011flaml\u0131k<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LED\u2019lerin \u00f6zellikleri aras\u0131nda dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k ve fiziksel darbe direnci yer almaktad\u0131r. K\u0131r\u0131lgan cam bile\u015fenleri veya filament i\u00e7ermedikleri i\u00e7in, s\u0131radan akkor veya fl\u00fcoresan ampullere k\u0131yasla olduk\u00e7a \u00fcst\u00fcn bir seviyededirler. Bir LED\u2019in do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in gerilim ve ak\u0131m parametrelerinin bilinmesi gerekir. Renk ve t\u00fcr farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak baz\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikler olabilir; ancak genel olarak LED\u2019ler 2 ila 4 voltluk bir gerilim aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve en yayg\u0131n olarak ileri y\u00f6nde kullan\u0131l\u0131r. LED\u2019in tasar\u0131m\u0131nda, ileri gerilimin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 temel bir \u00f6zelliktir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LED se\u00e7imi yap\u0131l\u0131rken en \u00f6nemli hususlar aras\u0131nda, ileri ak\u0131m ile LED \u00fczerindeki gerilim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki yer al\u0131r. S\u0131radan bir ampul, do\u011frudan \u015febekeye tak\u0131larak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r; ancak bir LED, ak\u0131m tabanl\u0131 bir cihazd\u0131r ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in sabit bir elektrik ak\u0131m\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duyar. Girdisi olan enerjinin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131n\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 olarak bo\u015fa harcayan akkor ampullerin aksine, LED\u2019ler girdisi olan g\u00fcc\u00fc esas olarak \u0131\u015f\u0131k \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131r.
